Eligibility: All skaters must be registered members with USARS. Fifty (50) spots are available in this clinic. All skaters must be nine (9) years or older on the first day of the clinic.
Location: The clinics will be conducted on the inside track at the Olympic Training Center Velodrome in Colorado Springs.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $95 per participant. This includes an OTC facility usage fee of $5 per day. Entry forms will not be processed if payment and USOC forms do not accompany the application. Mail or fax entry forms and fees to:

Form of Payment: Money orders, checks or credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx or Discover) will be accepted. If sending entry form by fax, credit card information on this form needs to be complete.

Responsibility: All skaters are responsible for transportation to, from and within Colorado Springs as well as for their lodging, meals and all miscellaneous expenses during the clinics. Please make transportation arrangements prior to your arrival. Skaters are required to bring their own inline skates, helmet, and related skating equipment (such as knee and elbow pads). Uniforms/Skinsuits are highly recommended. All helmets must meet USARS standards and have the appropriate certification sticker intact.
Schedule: Participants should plan on arriving sometime on Wednesday. Orientation will be held at the Olympic Training Center Complex on Thursday. Training sessions are planned for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8am-11am, 1pm-4pm, and 6pm-8pm. Sunday's session is from 8am-11am. Participants should plan to depart sometime after noon on Sunday.
Meal Cards: MEAL CARDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLINIC
Deadline: Entry forms and fees must be received by the deadline date. (March 29, 2010)
No Late Applications Can Be Accepted!
OTC Forms: The OTC currently requires six pages of signed forms. These MUST be returned with registration.
