Austin has been chosen for Team USA 4 times. He was picked for the 2021 games but they were cancelled with Covid. He played in 2022 Argentina, 2024 Pan Americans in Colombia, and now in Italy.

Austin is 17 years old and is a Senior at Chestnut Ridge Senior High School in New Paris, PA. He will graduate in the Spring of 2025. After he graduates, he will be traveling to Texas to attend a technical school to learn all about becoming an RV Technician.

Austin started skating by taking skating lessons at our home rink, The Moon Glo II, in Bedford, PA. He took lessons for a couple years when he was around 8-9 years old. He began playing hockey for Bedford in 2017. He has been playing for the Bedford Roller Hockey club as a Bedford Bandit since he started.

Austin has played in Nationals for 5 years:

2018 played on 10U team and they took 2^nd place

2021 played on 14U and 16U teams. Both took 1^st place, and he was awarded the MVP for the 14U division.

2022 played on 15U and 18U teams. Both took 2^nd place, and he was awarded the MVP for the 18U division.

2023 played on 15U and they took 2^nd place.

2024 played on the 19U division and the World Class Division. He placed 1^st in the 19U division and was awarded the MVP for this division. His World Class team did not place. He was also chosen for an award for most sportsmanship for the entire tournament (adults and youth combined). This award was chosen by the one referee that comes in each year from Colombia.
